Do you offer guaranteed approval?
No. In some situations, our clients are not approved because of extreme circumstances.

How much do you charge?
Our services are 100% free. We don’t charge or collect any fees at all. Our service is completely free. We don’t even have a merchant account to collect money from individuals.
How soon will you get me approved?
24-72 Hours. It depends on how fast you move.
Does Second Chance Apartment own apartments?
No. We are an apartment locating service.
Do you work with single-family homes or duplexes?
Unfortunately, we don’t have any relationships with owners of single-family and duplex homes.
Why do I have to call the apartments?
We believe that no one can explain your situation to anyone better than yourself. Also, because of staff limitations, we may slow down your search process.
Are all of these apartments Second Chance Leasing?
All of our apartments listed have been identified as properties that will consider people with background issues. Please be advised we highly discourage calling properties and asking “Are you a second chance apartment.”
What if I don’t like any of the apartments listed?
We update our list monthly, but unfortunately, apartments for people with background issues are limited. Please feel free to visit any apartment of your choice and use the tips we have given you to see if they may approve of you. You may also request a custom apartment list as well.
Will I receive a rebate or some type of incentive?
Yes, depends on the lease terms and other qualifications. Please visit our rebate offer page for more information.
